Looking for their third win here, it could come via a late goal as five of Napoli’s eight SA strikes have arrived beyond the 60th minute. Crucially, Napoli are unbeaten in eight SA home games (W7, D1), after scoring first in six. Goals haven’t been in short supply recently, with 12 of Napoli’s last 14 SA home games producing over 2.5 goals, and six finishing 2-1 either way.

Atalanta Insights.

Atalanta scaled new heights becoming the first-ever SA team to score 4+ goals in all three opening rounds, and have now won their first three games of a SA campaign for the first time in their history. As such, Atalanta are well placed to best their previous record total after four matches – ten points in 2000/01 and 2011/12 – as they look to win their first three SA away games of a new campaign for just the second time in the club’s history. Furthermore, the visitors are unbeaten in three SA H2Hs (W2, D1) although the last time they went four (or more) H2Hs unbeaten was back in December 2007. Encouragingly, Atalanta are also unbeaten in their last 12 SA away games (W8, D4) including two wins this season. This sequence saw Atalanta retrieve points in five matches after conceding first (W3, D2).
